Founded in 2001, the TVCUC serves as our members' personal "Technology Assistant," ready to step in whenever technology throws a curveball. We stay ahead of evolving technology, enabling us to continue providing the help our members need. Our First Level Support (FLS) team of experts provides one-on-one technical support whenever issues arise — responding to more than 120 support calls each month from members. Through our Technology Access Program (TAP), we extend our mission to neighboring communities by refurbishing and donating computers to children, families, and individuals who otherwise couldn’t afford them.

We’re excited to announce our transition to a new online membership portal and database. This system makes it easier to join or renew your membership and gives us the flexibility to add more member benefits in the future.
