The program, presented by Tonia Sutterfield, will bring us information about the "Relative Caregiver Program" which provides assistance to East TN families. The TVCUC TAP program has provided them with several computer systems. Time permitting, there will also be a review of the Facebook and Window-7 classes.

At the March 2, 2010 meeting Kevin Alfont talked to us about IT Resources in Tellico Village.  We have a surprisingly complex network and Kevin explained it well.   You can see it all here. 

Tellico's IT people have also started a newsletter called Geek Times.  You can read the inaugaural issue here. It's got some interesting stuff in it.  Did you know that the TVPOA staff receives over 100 thousand emails every month?  Or how about this:  The Facebook game Farmville has more than 80 million users! 

You never heard of Farmville?  Well neither had I.
