The program, presented by Tonia Sutterfield, will bring us information about the "Relative Caregiver Program" which provides assistance to East TN families. The TVCUC TAP program has provided them with several computer systems. Time permitting, there will also be a review of the Facebook and Window-7 classes.

Learning Center Schedule

The August class schedule will be available soon after the first of August, when times can be confirmed.

Social Networking (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) is currently being taught by Stephany Beane, who gave a presentation on this subject at our May general meeting. This course is a four session hands-on class. Either our club laptops or your personal laptop may be used. A USB flash drive may be useful. Bring your own. There is a $20.00 fee. In addition to the fee charged by Stephany, TVCUC will require a disclaimer be signed by all students absolving TVCUC and its administration from any personal damages or loss from students' use of Facebook or similar newtworking activities. The two remaining sessions are on Monday July 26 from 12:30-2:00 and Friday July 30 from 10:00-12:00.
